Exhibiting at Boise Rec Fest provides opportunities to gain customers, members and/or supporters by letting attendees know exactly who you are, what you offer and how to find you.

We are seeking retailers, manufacturers, clubs, non-profits, guides, outfitters, tourism agencies, tourist attractions, educational institutions, health and fitness organizations, and more to exhibit at Boise Rec Fest 2011. If your organization supports or provides recreation in Idaho, we want you to be a part of Boise Rec Fest.

A few things to note:

June 1st is the last day to register to exhibit at Boise Rec Fest.
Payment is due in full at the time you submit your application.
Power is available upon request through Tates Tents & Rents. Please contact us for more details.
Booth location will be selected by Boise Rec Fest.
No internet access is provided by Boise Rec Fest.

Exhibitor Eligibility Guidelines

Any exhibitor applying that does not meet our criteria may not be approved. If you are not approved as an exhibitor, your registration fees will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.

All items to be displayed or sold at Boise Rec Fest must be recreation related.
